Copenhagen 17/12 2016. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Østerbrocenteret, Kbh. Ø. Label looks like a pretty bad Black Metal Album from the eighties. An animated Skeleton giving you the eye (or what he has in his socket).
Extremely foamy beer making a mess upon opening and when you pour it. Pours opaque hazy yellow with very big creamy head. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of creamy foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing .
Aroma is prominently sour. Citrus with a chemical touch. Some moderate sweetness in the background.
Soft carbonation and watery palate. Thin and gently tingling texture.
Flavor is dominated by sour citrus with a light touch of lemonade. Aftertaste is short and sour.
I gather the Flemish people is pretty enthusiastic about citrus fruit. A bit one dimensional and foamy.
