Classic foedre fermented farmhouse-style beer brewed with wildflower honey with a French Bière De Garde yeast. Characterized by a very apparent but not sweet honey essence and beautifully bubbled.

A: The beer is hazy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down but never completely faded away and left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of wildflower honey are present in the nose along with hints of oak and yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the yeasty flavors are a little stronger and lend some hints of peppery spices in the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this saison to be enjoyable as the aromas and flavors of wildflower honey were nice compliments to the smell and taste and were not overpowering.
