Slightly hazy brew with plenty of foam in the Maredsous chalice. Very fruity and actually tastes like peaches. Has a hint of that dried peach flavor as well. Just a touch on the tangy side to nicely balance the hint of malty sweetness to start. Not any real hop flavor but a zip of something herbal to add to the complexity.
This is really quite tasty. Lush and frothy mouthfeel adds to the pleasure. Long-lasting nose of fruit. One of the better outright fruit brews I've had. Clean and understated with From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
