"Public House in Springfield, Oregon’s collab beer with Pelican! This lager is an ode to Henry Weinhard's Private Reserve. A classic Northwest Lager."
Pint sitting at the bar at Pelicans new Lincoln City location.
Pours the traditional sunflower oil yellow, small frothy white head.
aromas mainly of malts and corn, but pleasant.
Taste is same but with a slight undertone of floral hops. Lovely.
Good well carbonated mouth feel.
A really nice simple beer. Very much like the old Weinhard's Private Reserve.
