Served on tap into a nonic glass. Described as unfiltered lager like a kellerbier.
A- Poured a very bright mostly hazy golden color with off-white frothy head that left some splashy lace
S- Big floral and fruity notes, grapefruit and sweetbread notes
T- Big fruity grape notes, floral notes, lots of sweet bread and grain character
M- Very smooth, soft and delicate carbonation, quite creamy, mostly dry finish
O- A really nice kellebier style lager with a lot more sweetness than any lager I have had recently. A little sweeter than I would prefer. The mouthfeel is spot on for the style, so smooth and soft.

Appearance- hazy golden straw with a white head
Aroma- citrus banana
Flavor- light citric hops, ripe banana, lagered cleanliness and dryness. Almost tastes like a hefeweizen/lager hybrid.
Mouthfeel- smooth, velvety with medium body
Overall- an interesting thirst quencher that deserves a place in Pelican's seasonal lineup.
