Enjoyed this brew on tap at Against the Grain in Louisville, Ky in 16oz flute.
A - golden, hazy, full finger of white frothy head, great lacing
S - Citrus, pepper and spices
T - initial: pepper, spices and dry citrus. finish: abv is minor, bitterness (3/10), and dry
M - full body, thick, high viscosity, coats mouth very nicely
O - great pepper and spices. do wish there was a sweet portion to this. Well made saison - just a bit dry for me personally.
