I had this beer on-tap in a bowtie schooner glass at the brewery in Kingston.
Appearance: medium brown hue with a moderate haze and a thin layer of tan foam atop.
Smell: a good barley malt character with a nice caramel, almost toffee, aroma. It’s good!
Taste: quite sweet for its strength, with an otherwise nice nutty and caramelly flavor profile that is nice.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: ok, it’s maybe just a tad too sweet but it’s still a nicely drinkable beer.
