Collaboration with Sørøst Bryggeri.
A slaur is a useless lazy person - who sneaks away from all the work. This Saison is seasoned with orange peel, coriander and pepper. With a fairly light malt base and Belgian yeast, this is a fruity and fresh beer. Slaur fits well with food that has a little taste to it. Indian, strong seafood or light meat that is flavored with some spices. A beer that is able to balance a lot of flavours. It's also excellent by it self.
Best served between 4-6 °C.

Copenhagen 27/5 2018. 33 cl bottle from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Drawing of a relaxing Farmer in a hay stack on the label.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as a thin almost transparent layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fruity with a sour twist. Citrus, grapefruit and black pepper.
Soft carbonation. Thin, watery texture.
Flavor is fairly sweet followed by slightly stronger sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingering.
Decent Saison without being overly interesting. A bit lazy perhaps.
