Not sure what to call this stylistically. There’s a good bit of tart funk to it but also a slight dose of american hops on the back end. I’d call it a sour cider.

Cillab with Dogfish head.
Bright yellow. Big frothy white head.
Pear, esters,
Tasty apple pear with a touch of funk. Floral flavors come soft and late.
Light body, excellent carbonation.
High Quality. Very drinkable.
