this is outstanding, up there with the rice lager as one of their best, the hop profile is original, the dosing is right on, and the mouthfeel is soft and silky, really well done, i think this one is going to be a top seller for them, immediately really good, impressive. i like that its not super gloopy and dense, hazy yes, but still bright, and on the paler side for the style, more yellow than orange or anything darker, creamy white headed, looks lively and good. peach and apricot notes in the nose at first, but some lemongrass and generic citrus too, light coconut maybe but not outright tropical, fresh earthy cereal grain behind the hops, a little fruity sativa thing going on, not as full on fruit bomb as their juicy ipa, but punchy nevertheless, fresh and exciting, nothing green or harsh at all, very dry hoppy and low bitterness, and the flavor is like the nose, love the stone fruit element, distinctive, lemony as it sits a little, light vanilla and some flattering sweetness to, this is longer than some but its all awesome, fluffy texture is flattering to the hops, a little skittles thing at the end. real low bitterness, high hop saturation though, and light enough in body to be more drinkable than the vast majority of these, which is a huge win for it. great job layering the hops into something unique, very well refined in a style that permits messiness, and on the whole a really strong effort. late melon, apricot preserves, and clementine. lovely.
