Contract brewed (smart today), Badou is the product of a family and generational beverage store in a small village that specialises in Belgian ales. They see what sells and what does not and have produced two ales: Badou and a low-alcohol rendition. Also smart. While their website does not have an English translation (not surprising since their customers speak mostly French and some Flemish), I still give them very good Overall Hugs for bringing high quality beer culture to this part of the world that already has lots.
Badou has a nice foam and a nice amber. It Smells mostly fruity and yeasty. Tastes are balanced, pleasant to drink and not over-stimulated by hops. Medium-mouthed in a style that can prickle. A Sante' !

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
