Copenhagen 30/4 2019. 75 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh NV. Yellow version of Carlsbergs Jacobsen brand with a bust of Jacobsen in yellow and orange. The version I am drinking has an ABV of 6,5.
Pours clear yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as flimsy, thin patch of foam. No Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, lightly spicy, tart and a little sharp. Citrus, lime, unripe sourish berries, black pepper. Lightly acidic and fresh.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger tart, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is tart with a pepper-ish touch. Lingers for a short while. Semi-dry finish.
Decent without being particularly interesting.
