The word bucolic is used to describe the pleasant aspects of country life. A perfectly fitting name for our Fall Saison, a style that was originated in the countryside of Belgium. Bucolic is a touch higher in ABV than those classic Saisons would have been, but it has soft notes of rye spiciness, earth, and peppercorn.
