Big, creamy mouthfeel is achieved through a two-step infusion mash to model traditional Bavarian-style wheat beers. A malt bill consisting of 50% wheat contributes haze for dayz and distinct Weizen yeast produces beautiful soft notes of banana and clove.

Hazy yellow color. Banao, cloves, and malt in the aroma. Sweet, yeasty, and a bit watery taste. An average here.

Pours clear, gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is wheat, banana and clove. Light bodied, moderate low carbonation, slightly sweet. Missing a lot of body and there is an off aftertaste. Not the worst but did not finish.

Translucent dehydrated pee yellow with a quick to vanish head. Not as froth as I'd like a hef. Cream soda and banana aroma. Metallic twang in there too. Taste has lots of vanilla, banana and clove and unfortunately more metallic lick the kitchen sink steel flavor. I don't know where the metal comes from (mineral property of the brew water?) but this could be phenomenal if Adirondack can get it outta there.

Has a surprisingly strong flavor of banana and clove compared to other Hefeweizens I have had.
