Lowrise has just been started by two Celiac friends so that those with this illness (disability to us aficionados) can enjoy beer. All good. That's why I give them good Overall Hugs.
But this Lager is barely average among its Euro rubric style and among its gluten-free peers. I know so little about the process of removing gluten that I can't make any suggestions about how to improve; but I hope they do. Cheers!
