Served on tap from the brewery. High Cotton Saison pours a pale straw color topped by a 1-finger compacted foamy head.
Aroma is fruity with spiciness and a touch of funkiness.
Flavor is bright and follows the aroma. Stone fruit, hint of red apple, touch of coriander and black pepper spiciness, not overly sweet, and very mild bitterness (almost unnoticeable due to dryness).
High Cotton has lower end medium body and a dry finish. I'll be sipping on this one again. Cheers y'all!
