Nose very strong lemon juice and mouth which, in addition, is very sweet. But unlike the Mystic cherries, the fruit does not take precedence over the rest of the beer and especially the Witbier. Indeed, the latter feels the taste and bitterness. Damage, however, that marriage between a lemon and white beer is made so smooth and so little that emerges finally a nice little drink in the tasting.
