A big, rocky, off-white head quickly settles to form a quarter-inch creamy coating before completely fading to a ring all within the first few sips. The beer is almost clear, bright copper, with cascading carbonation while pouring. Occasional big bubbles drift to the surface.

The malt is strong and sweet against soft campfire smoke. Lots of grain aromas interplay with light lemon marmalade on toasted bagels.

Tastes like a bagel. Malts are forward with modest sweetness. Cashews and light bitterness are primarily within the modest lingering finish.

A medium to full body and cotton texture. Dry with modest soft carbonation and no perceived alcohol.

This is an easy drinking beer that satisfies one after work among casual conversation.

It pours a cloudy golden color and produces a nice thick head that stays around. This is a surprisingly smooth beer with good body and nice malt flavors. The hops provide some balance but the malt dominates. It is not highly carbonated but is refreshing.

Pours golden with a slight haze. a true amber. Scant head of white foam that fell fast. Effervescent. Nose is malty with a surprisingly deep malt. Has a biscuity richness on the nose. peppery and herbal hops. Doughy. taste follows the nose except for a light hop bitter that creep upon you like a small vine. It doesn't linger long but recedes to show you that biscuit once more and a gentle but very prominent herbal. Mouthfeel is light. The malt is so soft and creamy but has a lightness to it. It's not a cream ale. The hops sport a lovely herbal that touches the idea of fruitiness but stays green. It is terribly hoppy but not loud or overpowering. When you taste it you will see what I mean. It's like looking at the landscape. The herbal is green and everywhere! Just like the landscape, this beer has a floral that permeates the palate after a few sips and then you are delighted by this subtle sweetness. Creamy soft malt at the finish and after the bitter fades a light sweetness seems to have taken it's place.

I could really love this style.

A: Pours a thin white head with an hazy amber appearance.

S: At first I detected pronounced coppery metallic notes, but as the temperature rose, light wisps of honey and lemon took over.

T: Sweet and malty with a hoppy finish. The beer warms like a crispy apple tart in the fall.

M: The beer is quite light, especially on the finish. It would be refreshing in the shorter days of late summer or early fall.

O: Enjoyable beer overall that I would return to at a more appropriate time of year.

Pours a nice hazy straw colour with a thin head. The nose presents a sweet honey, with cereal and lemon. Teh taste is similar to the nose with the same attributes coming forward. the mouthfeel is that of hard mineral water. I think it's fairly well balanced. A pretty tasty beverage

A - Pours a hazey, light-amber straw color. White head quickly dissipates.

S - Malt character is present but steeped grain character overpowers it. Hop aroma is present. No esters.

T - Medium malt sweetness followed by strong bitter finish of hops. The skewed balance towards hop bitterness is likely accredited to the exposure of the beer to outside air as it is being lagered. Mild minerally taste of the yeast/water.

M - Medium-light body with average carbonation. Alcohol presence is slightly noticeable.

O - An rather odd style, but very enjoyable.

A: slightly hazy, golden colored beer. Maybe a 1/2 finger's worth of head with long retention.

S: Honey, a slight spicy yeast aroma, some lemon zest. A light, but really good, smelling brew.

T: Sweet cereal grains up front, a bit of yeast, and a rich mineral taste. This is followed by what I can only really describe as a bitter yeast flavor. Almost like lemon pith. while that may sound unpleasant, it actually isn't, and goes nicely in the beer to offset the initial sweetness. The end is both spicy, bitter and sweet.

M: The feel of this beer is moderate body and carbonation, and slightly creamy and chewy

O: This is definitely a solid beer. The pithy/mineral/metallic nature of this beer makes it tough to think about drinking more than one, but for one bottle I find it to be really pleasant and different.
