Grainy aroma with noble hops character. Taste is clean, crisp with very clean, pale malt character and medium hop bitterness. Light body with crisp carbonation. Overall it's quite clean and drinkable, except a slight stale flavor on the finish.

L: Brilliant straw under a ½” rapidly receding white foam collar. S: Light white bread, slight DMS, slight apple, floral. T: Light malt, green apple, moderate bitter hop accent. F: Light, crisp, clean and smooth, medium high carbonation. O: Refreshing, easy to drink, but nothing special.

A - Poured out a pale, straw yellow color with a one-finger, off-white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass.
S - It smelled of floral notes and grains.
T - Some sweet caramel, bread crust and a slightly bitter hop bite.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied pilsener.
O - This is an okay pilsener. Nothing fabulous but it is sessionable.

Poured from a green-glass 12oz bottle into my Radeberger pokal. Best before "P 03 09" - not sure how to interpret that, but it doesn't seem like a good sign.
Faintly hazy golden yellow body which seems paler and more yellow when held to the light. A soft splashed white finger of foam slowly dissipates, though a fine creamy head remains. Nice sandy lacing.
Bready malt, faint green apple, and a hint of peppery hops in the nose.
Rather fruity for the style - ripe pear and green apple come to mind. These flavors are joined by a low maltiness and a mild bitterness in the finish.
Light-bodied, vaguely creamy, well carbonated.
Not as refreshing as some examples of the style, though I wonder just how fresh this sample is. No real off notes, though some flavors are at variance with my expectations for the style.

Draft at Gourmet Haus Staudt. Pale golden body with the slightest haze, a but rustic looking. The head is lasting and dense.
Herbal, grassy, spicy hop aroma, light pils malt sweetness. This smells quite good.
Herbal, spicy hop flavors over a clean and light pilsner malt foundation. Very flavorful, dry and quite bitter. Clean and crisp. A surprisingly excellent pils.
