Lady Liberty stands tall and regal welcoming the brisk sting of winter and its traditions, reflected in what we eat, drink and enjoy. This refreshing beer is brewed with real Pomegranate juice for fruity and slightly tart notes that meld with soft malt and biscuit flavors. Perfect for a bracing winter day.

Appearance - The beer was straw yellow in color with visible carbonation.

Smell - There was a sour presence amid the dry wheat.

Taste - The beer had a nice sour presence which brought to mind the pomegranate. The wheat was dry, making an odd aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - Carbonation was aggressive, making the profile go down quickly.

Overall - This was a great $4.99 clearance 6 pack.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours golden amber with a slight pinkish tint and a frothy pale pinkish beige head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.

S: Very pleasant hit of pomegranate, some earthiness, light wheat twang, and slightly toasty biscuity malt.

T: Nice touch of mildly tart pomegranate, subtle earthy tones, a hint of citrus, mild wheat twang, and slightly toasty biscuity malt.

M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, pretty crisp.

O: I'm kinda surprised this isn't getting more love on here. It's not crazy complex, but it comes together really nicely. Crisp refreshing beer with a twist that'd be perfect for a fall day. Hopefully I can find some come Thanksgiving.

This is also pretty good, nothing spectacular and the fruit is a smidge more subtle. I prefer this and the mango one to the watermelon though honestly.

Very light gold color with a fairly thick white head that leaves a thick lacing. A very summery kind of beer. Smooth light lager notes with some fruit/pomegranate characteristics but not as much as a sour. It's definitely pretty refreshing and smooth and sessionable.

A: The beer is a bit hazy light yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass and some specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light aromas of pomegranate are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of pomegranate with hints of wheat.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has a pleasant amount of aromas and flavors of pomegranate.

Appearance - Pours straw yellow with a mild haze. White, finger width head that fizzes away to reveal a broken layer of suds with a ring around the edge of the glass. A few small spots and a broken line or two make up the lacing.

Smell - The aroma has a fair, berry-like pomegranate character with underlying wheat.

Taste - Follows the nose. Mild wheat and pomegranate notes. Nothing bad, but nothing that really grabs your attention. Finishes much the way it begins.

Mouthfeel - Light in body with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker.

Overall - It's certainly crushable and mildly interesting in flavor, but nothing to write home about. There are better hot weather options, IMO.

Taste lightly of pomegranate juice, faint tartness, light bitterness aftertaste, wheat
Overall ok. It was appealing because it is hot right now, but flavors are too mute.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Nearly clear light golden pour. Big fluffy white head... falls fast. Decent lacing.

S: Berry/fruit mixed with grains/wheat. Best part of the beer.

T.F: Light grains/wheat. Some berry/pomegranate... pretty simplistic. Light and fizzy.

O: A fairly forgettable fruited wheat beer. Good poolside/lawnmower fare. That's about it.
