500ml can served in a stemless rastal. Bottom is stamped PALE 13.1.2026. Got it in a trade with @not2quick.
Pours crystal clear, dark coppery brass color with a big head that condenses into a dense blanket. Smell is grainy, yeasty, lager funk. Something slightly spicy, grassy, clean.
Taste is similar, more of a dry bitterness than I expected, light floral notes, grassier than the aroma suggested. Earthy bitterness dominates the aftertaste, reminds me a bit of grape stems.
Mouthfeel is very light, soft, dry. Nice beer.

Picked up a 500ml single from the Hot Spot on Brevard Road cooler on 7-2-25 for $2.49. Best by 13.1.2026; consumed 9-19-25. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured dark gold with a nice white head.
Nose has notes of crackers and black pepper.
Taste follows the nose as an unsweet crackery malt base greets me. The hopping bringing some lemongrass. Finishes with a touch of black pepper bitterness; 6/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied but lacks some carbonation which equates to me as not overly refreshing.
Overall, this is a decent beer that is nothing special.

Good Czech beer. Classic pilsener taste and aroma, light body, moderate carbonation. Easy to drink and refreshing.
