750ml corked and capped bottle poured into a matching Fantome glass. The brew appears a hazy orange color with an off white cap that fades leaving stringy lace.

The smell is citrus like limes with a sweet backing of caramel-like maltiness.

A flavor of cantaloupe and/or honeydew is upfront, strange melon sorta character before becoming grainy sweet yet fruity, herbal, bitter and grassy.

This is medium in body with modest carbonation. This beer captures the essence of Fantome pretty well - a wide array of nuance and strangeness with every sip and after my glass was finished I couldnt tell you what the hell just happened but it was different from any other recent Fantome offering I had.

Thanks Dunt!

Hazy orange body with a small head that fades to nil. Aromas of tart fruit, candy, lemon, sweetness. A cornucopia of scents. Wild flavor that could only be Fantôme. Melon, oranges, funk. Residual bitterness. Complex and interesting.
