2nd rating. Hi Adam!
Hazy, stop light colored body with a gargantuan, soapy, white head. Aromas of orange, citrus rind, subtle spice, juicy melon. Tangy, hoppy, funky, citric. A tasty beverage.

750ml bottle into a matching Tome tulip. The brew appears a hazy color of fresh squeezed orange juice with a slightly yellowish stained cap thats 3 fingers firm and holds well. As it receeds, small spots of lace paint the walls of the glass.
The nose includes scents of citrus and fruit like apple and pear. Its stretching a bit to say agave and grassiness is also present. As it warms up it becomes yeasty with phenolic character.
The taste is fruity like zest/pith/pulp of grapefruit and oranges with fresh cracked peppercorns and saison yeasty phenolics. It is grassy across the middle and almost leafy into the aftertaste. This has a pretty firm bitterness but its integrated and not too overdone.
This is a creamy medium body to the feel with ample to modest carbonation. Its very much like a belgian ipa. Not my favorite Fantome offering but not bad either. Im not familiar with the spice additions in this to identify what they contribute if anything at all.
