Just got this. Sharing the bottle with Brad, my Santé buddy.
Hazy, dark yellow body with a soapy, white head. Aromas of oranges, mint, floral hops, toothpaste. Unusual and unique, which is customary for Fantôme. Lots of mint and tea leaves in the flavor. Mild bitterness with some musty citrus.

Bottle poured into a matching Fantome tulip. The brew appears a clouded pale golden yellow color with a creamy white topping that fades leaving string lace.
Aroma is clean belgian yeastiness smelling of clove, pear, banana and some auxiliary fruited qualities typical of a clean saison with the faintest coriander/lemony lacto note.
Taste is mutually yeasty in character tasting of clove, herbs, coriander, wheat and slight grassy bitterness. As it breathes, a little hint of allspice emerges.
Light in body and modestly carbonated. Very clean tasting and young/underdeveloped by Fantome standards but without vegetative/green yeastiness sometimes found in young fantomes. It is not bad by any stretch, it is just not great either - it lacks the Fantome dazzle.
