Bottle into a Fantome tulip appears a clear copper color with khaki head 2 fingers tall that fades leaving stringy lace.
Aroma is fruity with a green yeastiness. Clove, pear and hints of apple are all present.
Taste has the same green yeastiness, peppery with oily bitterness across the finish. This tastes young and incomplete. I will wait at least a year before opening any if my other bottles of this.
