Bottle. Orange zest and citrus. Earthy. Cocktail like vibes. Spices and earthy notes. Herbal. Just a very nice saison all around. Easy drinking and flavorful. One of the better tomes.

this is canned now, and perhaps this is a different version than what is pictured here, as the abv is listed at 9.4%, and it is made in italy not belgium. my guess is this should be listed under extraomnes, they likely each made a version of it, but since this is already listed and i am not sure, this is where this review shall live. its a cool beer, paler in color than expected, super herbal and bitter but also very much still yeast forward in the classic fantome sense, that element is fully on display in aroma and flavor. i dont love how hazy and dull looking it is, and the bottom of the can is pretty sedimented, but it does not diminish the enjoyment of this for me. definitely a vermouth fortified vibe about this, herbal and vinous and woody and old, a hint of apple, cider-esque, and some light spiciness, white pepper, green pear, slight oxidation i almost miss the fantome green bottle weirdness in it. the flavors work well together and this is something a little different, even for these guys who specialize in different, oddly malty for its pale color, and frankly quite strange overall, but it works, it is very fantome still no matter where it was made, and it was a rare treat to share with the boys and my wife, no sign of its alcohol strength at all either. curious but tasty!

A - Pours a clear, copper-orange with a large White head that reduces slowly to a small film that stays around.
S - Aromas of fruit and in particular apple and peach. Light hoppy notes with some caramel.
T - Caramel and herbal orange notes with some bitterness on the back end. Almost like a Scottish gruit
M - Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation.
O - Not a bad beer but its confusing as to what it is trying to be.
