Big thanks to Brad for the share. 750ml bottle poured into a matching Fantome glass. The brew appears a clear copper color with a white cap.

This smells tin-like with a dry discuit-like grain accent and slight pulp-like rindy character.

It tastes especially grainy with a dusty brett'd aftertadte and some herbal bitterness.

This is medium in body with modest carbonation and a warming feel and lingering bitter. This run of Santes from 5-9 feel almost like like hoppy pale ales of yesteryear. Not bad but not that great either.

Santé 1-19 vertical. Thanks Brad!

Clear copper body with a thin, soapy, off-white collar that coats the glass in lacing. Aromas of funk, mineral water, wet sidewalk, nail polish remover. Odd flavor with an astringent , dry finish.

Bottle at Fantome-a-thon 2012

Amber in color with a small white head. The nose is initially fruity and malty, but an undertone of acetone creeps in toward the finish and ruins the aroma for me. A nice bread note, some fruit, and yeast, but the acetone once again makes an appearance. A little bit on the bitter side, too.
