British-style Pub Ale

Andy’s beer is a British-style pub ale that pours golden copper with a gossamery head. Floral and spicy U.K. Fuggle hop aromas waft from the glass alongside a biscuity malt aroma. The fine, creamy body delivers a fresh-baked biscuit flavor from the U.K.-grown, floor-malted Maris Otter malt and balanced by the spicy, earthy, and herbal East Kent Golding hop flavors with some slight, fruity ale notes.

Pours golden with a white lasting foamy head. Trailing lace sticks.

The smell is of leafy hops and a musty grain - it has an "English" character.

The taste is hop-forward for an English-style ale. Grainy, musty malt comes through. It has a somewhat chalky/gritty. abrupt finish.

It is easy enough to drink. I normally wouldn't "complain" about a beer being too hop-forward, but here it is more bitter than flavorful, for me. It's decent, but could use more malt balance throughout to be more like a true "English Pub Ale". Still, it has it's good points and is worth checking out!
