On-tap @ brewery/beer hall:
Pours hazed golden with a lasting creamy white head. Plenty of lacing sticks.
The smell is of citric/herbal hops up-front with a bubblegum-like yeast in the back.
The taste is of citric/herbal hops with bubblegum/cotton candy sweetness. Bitter bite in the finish.
Hoppy bitter with candy-like sweetness in the middle, finishing with a dry, bitter bite. A nice representation of the style!
