Mexican-style Dark Lager
Evan’s beer pours a transparent amber-brown with a loose white head. Mild caramel malt and slightly spicy Mt. Hood hop aromas lead into fresh-baked, whole-grain bread flavors with toasted malt notes, wrapping up with a crisp lager finish.

A - Dark body, largely clear, light tan head, extensive lacing.
S - Funky traditional hop nose, caramel and bready malts.
T - Bright caramel flavor, bread, and mild bitter close.
M - Brisk, thin, easy to drink.
O - A tasty beer, but a bit too light on my tongue.

Proclaimed a "Mexican - style" dark lager. A bit cloudy. Nose and flavor have undertones of Mexican spices. Good mouthfeel and flavor, with the spicy notes really shining through. Finishes with a slightly creamy feel. Pleasantly surprised.

Pours a huge, frothy, tan head that has startling persistence. This smells amazing; toasted malt and soft, floral hops. Clear, burnt umber color. Starts with a bright, floral hoppiness and a great carbonation. Holy...oh...my...god. A wall of super delicious malt comes barreling out of from nowhere. It's just toasted malt and biscuit overdrive.
This is absolutely perfect. The My Turn series has delivered non-stop, and this just raised the bar. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I am going and getting more of this immediately.
