Warm Front arrives in the glass clear copper-gold with a fine, white head. Aromas of pineapple, tangerine, lemon and tropical fruit blow in from late-boil Citra® and Mosaic® hop additions. A medium body delivers sweet citrus with light biscuit and caramel malt flavors, finishing malty-sweet with lingering orange zest bitterness. It’s a vacation from the typical winter ale.

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a fluffy orange yellow with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus and piney hops. Tastes of grassy and citrus hops. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Poured from 12oz bottle into glass. Best by date stamped on label is '08 MAY 2018-B1'.
Slightly cloudy body, color is deep gold with a hint of orange. Two finger white head settles to puffy cap and ring. Leaves behind spots and strings of lacing.
Aroma of citrus fruits (pineapple and lemon), with biscuit malts.
Strong citrus hops taste, with caramel and biscuit malts. Mild hop bitterness, with added tangy aspect.
Medium mouth feel, with good carbonation. Dry finish.
This is overbalanced with the citrus tang, but otherwise unremarkable.
Current website lists the ABV at 5.4%.

Bottle. White head. Some lace. Golden orange color.

Very sharp citrus fruit flavors. Orange and grapefruit. Really in your face. Floral, fresh, earthy, hoppy. Light biscuit malts. Decent, but the citrus needs to be toned down a bit. I am guessing the citra and mosaic had something to do with this.

Poured 12oz bottle into a snifter. Golden apricot color with a nice 2 finger white head that fades slowly and leaves a good amount of lacing on my glass. Aromas of orange and grapefruit mingle with sweet mango and pineapple, with a touch of light caramel malt to round it out. The flavor builds on these bright fruity notes with the tropical hops and lightly sweet malts. The balance of sweet and bitter is really, really good. The body is fluid, light-medium weight, with a more than sufficient carbonation and it does finish dry. I think this is their best APA.

12oz bottle
A - hazy, deep golden/pale amber colored body with a thick ivory colored head
S - nice tropical hop aroma of lemon-lime, passion fruit, pineapple, light caramel
T - bold, juicy tropical hops with notes of mango, passion fruit, lemon-lime, mandarin orange, and pineapple with a light caramel malt base
M - medium-to-full body, resinous, moderately bitter finish
O - really delicious extra pale ale that is heavy on the new age tropical hop flavors of Citra and Mosaic.

Great hazy dark golden hue. After taste is refreshing. Love the smell probably the most.
