Pours a cloudy maize color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and good lacing. Smells of pale malt, tea, hint of spice, slight sweet malt, and slight rice. Fits the style of an Herb and Spice Beer. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is a dryness and slight bitterness. Tastes of pale malt, tea, hint of spice, slight sweet malt, and slight rice. Overall, good body, rice detracts from body though, good complexity.
