Stout with Spiced Black Tea
Michael stays vigilant overnight with copious amounts of black tea; so, when his turn came around, he wanted to blend the clove, pepper, ginger, and black tea flavors he relies on with a chocolatey, big-bodied, semi-sweet stout.

12oz bottle, served in a snifter glass. Pours a dark cola brown body, fairly dark and almost black, one finger mocha head, short retention and not much lacing. Smell and flavour are pretty much all-spice, cloves and ginger, on a background of milk chocolate and toasted barley. It's fairly spicy throughout, with a bit more ginger on the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation, slightly silky with a fairly spicy finish. Lots of spices in a single beer, interesting to sip on but ultimately not something I intend to return to.

Aroma is cardamom/cinnamon/spices and dark/roasted malts. The flavor is cardamom/cinnamon, dark/roasted malts and an acidic/slightly sweet/sour finish.
