Light yellow, decent head
Pale malt, pretty basic
Mainly a basic bready flavor, just this side of your basic lager
Decently crisp
Nothing wrong here but then again I couldn't pick it out of a lineup

12 oz can split with my dad. Appearance is a clear, light golden yellow with a large but quickly fading head. Bready malt notes with a wisp of noble/spicy hops. It's light and crisp but not watery. Solid.

A nice Kolsch here. Poured into a pint the beer is very light yellow with the slightest of chill haze. Nice bone white head.
It has an aroma of grains, apple and white grapes.
The taste is good, slightly malty/bready with a bit of pear and red apple. Finishes dry with a bit of spice and soemthing mineral like.
The mouth is nice, just the right amount of heft and carbonation. This is a very easy drinker!

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a strong white head. SRM of 8. (3.75)
Aroma: Aromas of pale malt and a strong fruity apple yeast. Yet bready and dry. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavors of pale malts, yeast, a fruity apple note. Relatively dry. (4.00)
Feel: Full-bodied. Strong carbonation, and clean. (4.25)
Compared to New Glarus Kid Kolsch 9/29/22: Pours a darker color. More fruity apple notes. Less vinous and sweet grape. Slightly lighter and dryer.
Overall: A surprisingly nice Kolsch here. Nice pale malt and bready flavors. Apple fruit notes, not overpowering though and ultimately finishes, full-bodied, clean, and dry. They made this one pretty well and even preferred it over New Glarus. (Rating: 4.06)
