New beer on draft at Chophouse. Beer is red and clear (like cartoon red). Carbonation is steady and has large bubbles. The head is weak and low and doesn't leave much lacing on the glass.
The aroma is slightly cherry and slight wheat.
There is a bitterness to this beer and a slight tartness from the cherries. Beer is medium to light in body, there is some carbonation on the tongue and its overall OK. Not my favorite beer from them. Its decent for the novelty of the Cherry Blossom Festival.
