A deep ruddy brown with tan head gazed body and good retention with fine bead
Smell is a fruity aroma with lots of banana and bready yeast with ripe tropical aspect and dark toast aroma
Mouthfeel is effervescent with yeast and light nutty malt with a mildly dry yet tangy finish
Taste is good with malt upfront and lots of yeast with light banana and dry body with slight clove in the flavor from yeast yet malt sweetness to balance with toasted malt
Overall a good beer for summer wheat is pleasant and refreshing not heavy with authentic Weiss yeast
