Brewed to be one of the house beers for El Serrano restaurant's Lancaster & York locations. On draft for in-house consumption and in mix-'n'-match six packs of cans to-go.
Light straw-colored lager brewed with corn and toasted rice, then paired with Perle hops that give it a simple yet delicious flavor.

A thanks to the man who added this beer, woodychandler, fort his beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is dominated by corn. Taste is of corn, light malts and apples. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is almost the same as the El Serrano Peruvian Style.
