Rich amber color with red highlights. Nice off white head with lacey-sticky foam
This is my favorite all time from Valley Forge. Realy kicks some butt. Tons of fruity malt with a well balanced dose of bitterness. I like my ESB's in the traditional English style (keep out the cascades and the over hopped American micro style of doing things) and this one really seemed to fit the bill.
Balanced thru and thru. Not sure if it is a seasonal or what, but definetely not a regular offering
