Appearance- light amber, pours with a huge 3+ finger head of eggshell white, volcanic carbonation

Smell- unavoidable notes of yeast, light breads and grains, floral hops with a little sour tinge

Taste- bright, tangy citrus up front followed by breads and malt sugars, fast finish with some off-bitterness. Yeasts are also hanging around the tip of the tongue.

Mouthfeel- light-medum body, finish would be clean if it weren't for the bummer aftertaste

Overall- A nice belgian style, was a hit more on the aroma but the later half didn't balance.

Remade for a "Montana Only Release"

It's copper with near excellent clarity and a solid sheet of light white foam. Smells like english malts, some burnt popcorn, some belgian yeast, lowly impressive. Taste is malts, cardboard, some bitterness, some belgian clay yeasty character, some bits of corn. Full bodied for the style with soft carb and a wet finish; really doesn't fit the style as I see it, and really isn't appealing. Meh, they can keep this in montana.

A: Had this on tap at Big Sky in Missoula. Poured a straw color, foamy white head, good lacing down the glass
S: Smells of corriander or some other distinct spiciness that I can't put my finger on right now. Slight alcohol smell also
T: Same as smell, strong spiciness, and faint alcohol taste
M: Moderate to heavy carbonation, drinks easy though.
D: In my opinion taste very similar to Supris from Bridgeport. Both very good beers. I would drink this again for sure.
