Decent fruit wheat beer from Big River. Very dark for a raspberry beer...looks more like a bitter or a strong ale, but it smells strongly of raspberry.
Very tart...probably one of the more tart raspberry ales I've had. Well developed raspberry taste, but at the expense of a malt profile and a hop bitterness.
Decent carbonation. The slightly tart flavour makes this a sipper and it is not as drinkable as some of the other raspberry ales I've had.
