Consumed in late July during my visit. Comes out very hazy, darker side of amber. Nice aroma on this, spicy with a side of sweetness. Great blend of flavors, this is one of my favorite hefeweizens. It starts with a nice toffee sweetness but it is matched by the potency of the yeast spices, which linger on the tongue with hints of banana and some clove. Carbonation and high and washes the palate. Overall superbly drinkable.
