As usual, Hacker-Pschorr never disappoints.
Another example that should model all others in this beer style.
Perfectly balanced grains, fruits (lemon, banana, apricot are very present), perfect carbonation and malts. Crispy and enjoyable like any great beer is.

As good as Weiss gets. Try 6. Scores extra for look, feel, and abundant flavor.
A: Brassy golden color with a surprising amount of haziness. The dense white head lingers and jets some lacing; the carbonation is moderate.
S: Strong lemon cake seasoned by cloves and trace of ripe bananas along with citrus hops and wheat malt.
T: Opens with a massive lemon bakery, sweet fruitiness tempered in the end by tart yeast and malts. Finishes with clove, spice, gum, and mild hop bitterness.
F: Smooth, pleasant, with refreshing lightness.

Comes out of the tap a hazy honey golden with a fine-bubbled eggshell head that leaves some good lacing. Wheaty, yeasty aroma has a strong citrus overtone and is quite inviting. Wheaty flavor has a strong lemony note, more sweet than sour, and a yeasty underpinning. Overall it is quite refreshing, perfect for a sweltering summer day. Fizzy texture has average body and leaves a wheaty and fairly tingly finish. Prosit!
