Had this on tap today at California Rollin' in Rochester, NY (Ferry Terminal). For $1 pints of this and the Wasabi Brew all day, I couldn't resist trying one.
A - poured dark amber/mahogany brown with a 3/4" off-white head that had some lacing in a pint glass.
S - notes of caramel, raisins, and molasses mixed with cranberry juice and prunes. The most prominent aspect of the nose was the apparent tartness. Pretty interesting so far.
T - taste basically followed the smell. It was actually difficult to describe. It started off tart and sweet but hints of caramel malts followed soon after and finished sweet yet dry.
M - light bodied and well carbonated. Quite smooth
D - highly drinkable. I wanted a couple more but we were about to head out and I was driving....
Overall - for $1 pint, it is impossible to get a beer this good for this price unless you're given a free sample. It has some sourness that I liked but not vinegary. Gave the beer a hint of exoticness that paired amazingly well with sushi, something I would have never guessed possible. Well done, Custom Brewcrafters, you've given me another reason to love sushi!

This is sweet plum goodness. I cant wait to get my hands on some more of Plum. Sampled at least 5 at brewcrafters festival of ales.
Appears caramel amber, slightly more on the brown side
Smells fruity, hence the name, plum.
Tastes sweet, like a dessert. I could drink this all night long.
