Poured into a shaker pint at Jamisons Roaring Donkey in Petaluma, CA.
L: No head at all, deep gold color, slightly clouded.
S: Heavy citrus and a bit of fruit. Very clean.
T: Clean and refreshing, little to no funk.
F: Much more effervescent than was expected given the lack of carbonation.
O: I am such a Moonlight fanboy that anytime I dislike a beer Brian does I just assume he knows something I don't. For a guy who is famous for brewing so strictly to style, i'm intimidated to say that this does not taste to me like what I know a Saison to be. Still a very refreshing summer pour.

Look: No head. Muted, translucent gold.
Smell: Fruity, light, notes of apricot.
Taste: Malty and boring. Slight fruit-forward flavors, but overall more malt. No Saison funk at all. Really just tasted like a pilsner.
Feel: Crisp.
Overall: Boring beer. Did not taste like a saison. Very malty with no interesting flavors.
