Pours a clear gold. Nose is of doughy yeast. Taste is sweet and yeasty and that dough shines through quite a bit here too. That is the main feature here - dough. It reminds me of when my mother cooked bread or pizza and I tried the dough and thought...hmmm...that aint too tasty. I guess at the time I wanted something sweeter, like cookie dough. But for now this kind of dough is just fine. Feel is slick on the liquid and low on the bubble. Overall a pretty good experience here. Not the greatest tripel ever as I feel the dough is a bit too much for me personally, though it doesn't ruin it by any means.

Allways glad to find a new brew and especially nice to come accross a new Belgian style Trippel. Poured light honey amber, with a golden glow. Clear, with a minimal tiny bubble white head. Leaves nice fine lacing. Spicy, fruity aromatic nose. Spice and alcohol up front, some fruity phenolics mid way, a nice warming flavorful finish. Better then average take on the style. Strong and flavorful. Worthwhile seasonal from Hland.
