Can poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass
A: Pours golden orange amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer that hangs around and laces beautifully.
S: Fruity, tropical, melon, dark stone fruit, spicy pine, citrus, toasty bready malt, and toffee sweetness.
T: Fruity, papaya, melon passion fruit, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, and orange, lots of spicy pine, toasty malt, dark fruit, and toffee sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Drinks somewhere between an old school malty pale ale and a hoppy amber. Tastes like there Is some dark crystal malt that doesn't belong. I had higher hopes for this one.
