Our latest collab is ready just in time for summer. We’ve teamed up with Unsung Brewing Company in Anaheim to bring you a new sour that’s layered with the flavors of cherry, pomegranate, and tangerine. It’s the kind of fruit punch that is perfect for sipping pool-side or to enjoy on a hot Central Valley day in our new beer garden.

16oz canned on 07/10/2021. Full Circle x Unsung collaboration. Sour Ale brewed with pineapple, tangerine, and pomegranate. 7% ABV. Sample from the brewery.
Thick, murky, opaque, strawberry-rhubarb colored beer with a pink stained head. It leaves a decent lace for a sour, but eventually dissipates. Big pomegranate juice aroma with citrus pith and a touch of medicinal. Light-bodied and with crisp edge. First sip quite tart, dry, astringent, and a bit acetic with lime, cranberry, and bitter orange. Reminds me of homemade cranberry relish. Some unripe pineapple notes pull through as the beer warms. Picking up some green apple too. Vinous finish.
Overall this is a solid, fruity, but super dry, sour. It's light, refreshing, and moreish. Reminds me of a red sangria.
