On tap at the Amsterdam Tap Takeover at Volo. Into a wine glass.
Golden yellow with light retention. Nose has some light bubble gum, lemon and mild citrus, spice and herbal qualities, Taste has more gum notes, sweet malt, light spice, lemon zest and coriander in the finish. A bit of zip to the carbonation. Much tastier as it warms - this deserves to be bottle conditioned and sold.

On tap at Bar Volo, several days after Amsterdam take over. Substantive saison yeasty aroma. Light golden yellow coloured body, can pass as apple juice. Light fruity, spicy. Not as lemon as I thought it would be. Nice one, and a good summer patio choice.Tad above average mouthfeel.
