On-tap during Amsterdam's Volo takeover.
Beer is dark pinkish with some white head,. Head recedes steadily but not totally.
Nose contains a lot of raspberry, as well as crisp wheat. Smells tart.
Lots of raspberry in the flavour, slightly tart. Wheat and a very slight funk.
Light bodied, moderately carbonated and a bit sticky.
Overall. pretty good. A bit one-dimensional for me, with raspberries really doing all of the work, but enjoyable.

On tap at the Amsterdam Tap Takeover at Volo. Into a wine glass. A framboise with wild yeast harvest from grapes from the Niagara region.
Dark red with an off white head, light lacing and retention. Nose of raspberries, cherries, red grapes, light yogurt and some perfumey notes. Fantastic fruit character. Taste has more of the same fruits, light tartness, wheat and a touch of malts - fruits remain the focal point here. Light carbonation bite in the finish. Medium body, high medium carbonation which was ideal. A great beer Ian!
