Golden color with a thin head with short retention. It looks more like a Pilsner rather than a Hefe.
Aroma with predominant notes of banana and bubblegum. Hints of oranges, cloves and chalk yeast.
Refreshing flavor with notes of banana, orange tartness, bubblegum, cloves, nutmeg and bread dough.
Light body with good carbonation.
Hefe with lots of spices and a refreshing tartness. I liked the fact that is not really sweet, but still need to improve the harmony between its flavors. Low cost benefit.

600 ml bottle consumed at Reduto da Cerveja while watching Real Madrid play Schalke 04. On to the beer:
It's a light golden colored beer, clean in the body, topped with a small head which leaves only a trickle of lacing. I can smell sweet bubblegum in the aroma, a note of citrus, but not the spicy yeast common per style. Fortunately, the spice arrives in the taste. It's a solid mix of flavors, some gum, banana, a note of vague spice, banana bread. It's a light bodied beer, and overall a solid as a rock weissbier.
